Our customized freight management system (codename Lightstone) allows for data collection at critical points allowing in turn for you to access information fast and efficiently. Our tracking and reporting features are extensive, but if you don't see what you want - we can provide it for you. Over the years we have used customer feedback to improve our systems and reports, benefitting not just the customer or WTG, but future customers as well.
"My WTG" is the online suit of reports that is accessible by logging in to www.wtgnh.com. Contact your sales representative for access to your shipment details. The suite includes shipment track and trace, invoice and lane kpi reports.
WTG is fully EDI compliant. Our standard package includes transaction sets 204, 990, 214, 210 and 997s, but every document is available to our systems engineers. Using EDI not only improves accuracy but efficiency of the interactions between WTG, our customers and our vendors.
