WTG Help Desk allows our IT Specialists to remotely assist Agents, Customers and Employees at remote locations. When initiated by the party requiring assistance, WTG Help Desk temporarily allows remote control of the desktop by WTG's IT staff.
1. Download WTG Help Desk
2. Click yes or allow on any prompts to run:

3. Double-Click the name of specialist helping you:

4. Wait for specialist to accept incoming connection. At this point there should be a yellow WTG icon in your system tray (next to the clock) to indicate that it is trying to connect but not yet connected.

5. Once the specialist connects, the WTG system tray icon should turn green.

6. Allow specialist to control machine until problem is resolved.
7. Once specialist is done, the WTG icon should disapear from the system tray, leaving no trace on your machine. At this point the specialist is unable to reconnect unless a new session is initiated from your computer by using the application.
