WTG Logistics has developed remote access to it's freight managment system (Lightstone) for our Agents and Sales personnel. Adding this functionality to our Microsoft Exchange server as a tool for remote access, partners of WTG can now manage and book freight from anywhere there is an internet connection.

To use Exchange OWA, you just need an internet browser window. If you have another email client you prefer and it allows adding an Exchange account, that will work as well.

WTG utilizes Remote Desktop to provide access to Lightstone. A FAQ from Microsoft on RDP can be found here:

Windows 7 and Vista clients have compatible versions of Remote Desktop by default. XP can be upgraded with a quick download from Microsoft to version 6.
